Submission Grappling is practiced in street wear, players are not allowed to grab each others clothes, making matches faster paced and more dynamic. Commonly referred to as submission grappling, No-Gi uses techniques from many different martial arts to take opponents to the ground, control them on the ground and apply submission holds like chokes and joint locks. Many Jiu-Jitsu practitioners practice Gi or No-GI but training both together is a surefire way to elevate your game to the next level!
