E3 Sports Facility believes in the right and the power of women defending themselves. We have created programs exclusively for women called WMD Classes: Women Mastering Defense.

FREE Self-Defense SeminarS

E3 offers Self-Defense Seminars FREE to all women and girls 12 and older.  You will learn to keep themselves safe using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, the most effective form of self-defense for women. Women Only Jiu-Jitsu

Preparation and practice are key to these life saving techniques, so we have created a WOMEN ONLY Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class that is open to ladies and girls from all gyms and affiliations. Taught by our expert instructors to prepare you for the sport of jiu-jitsu and to develop the abilities you need to defend yourself. Sign up below to be placed on our waiting list!

Our world has changed. Women have a long list of things to be aware of to keep themselves safe every day: carry mace, don’t wear headphones while jogging, have a big dog, hold keys as a potential weapon, don’t use the stairwells, don’t get in an elevator with a strange man, don’t live on the first floor and more. These are all great tips, but sometimes bad stuff happens anyway. Jiu-jitsu will prepare you to escape, confuse, and/or fight back against your attacker.
